Art of Living · Part 1
Make time for yourself and learn practices you can return to each day. Labas Noras welcomes you to meditation courses online and in person: a space to breathe, learn and meet everyday life with more calm.

About the programme
This practical introductory Art of Living course brings together breathing exercises, meditation and gentle yoga. A teacher guides the practice and helps you understand how it can fit into your day.
You may encounter the names Part 1, Happiness Program or, in Lithuania, Laimės programa and Kvėpavimo menas. At the heart of the programme is the rhythmic breathing technique Sudarshan Kriya™ (SKY), also known internationally as SKY Breath Meditation.
The official Art of Living programmeLearn breathing exercises and the Sudarshan Kriya technique with a teacher’s guidance.
Make room for attention, awareness of the body and rest.
Explore thoughts and emotions and how to make space for a regular practice.
The course invites you to explore your own experience. Practices may support relaxation, focus and a calmer response to everyday tension; individual experiences vary.
Time away from other tasks to notice how you feel in this moment.
An opportunity to observe your breath and the changing sensations and thoughts that arise.
A practice you can return to after the group sessions have ended.
You can begin without previous meditation experience. The course welcomes adults aged 18 and over who want to discover this method. It also suits people who already meditate and would like to learn Art of Living breathing practices or repeat the course.
You do not need to know how to “stop your thoughts” or perform difficult yoga poses. You can discuss your questions with the teacher.
Live sessions with a teacher let you take part from home. Arrange a stable internet connection, a quiet place and time without other tasks. Confirm joining instructions and preparation when you register.
At Labas Noras in Antaviešė, we meet in a shared hall surrounded by forest. Each weekend’s event page sets out the course times, additional activities and practical information about staying and getting here.
