Milda is a mother of three, an ethnologist and a guardian of living Lithuanian traditions. She spent many years organizing cultural events in Švenčionėliai and is now the director of Nalšia Museum.
Her life is closely connected with Lithuanian culture, craft and spiritual tradition. She weaves, spins, ties straw gardens, sings sutartinės and plays kanklės and violin. Through voice, music, handwork and deep cultural memory, she brings old traditions into present-day life.
At Labas Noras, Milda invites guests into meaningful contact with Lithuanian culture, nature, song, craft, warmth and shared presence.
Since 2019, Žymantas has led practices that help people find inner calm, balance and spiritual growth. His work includes physical yoga practice, deep breathing techniques and meditation methods that bring body, mind and spirit into harmony.
He is also a sutartinės singer and musician, creating living sound experiences through old Lithuanian multipart songs, Sanskrit chants and improvisation with different instruments.
His sincere approach to inner exploration and strong connection with old traditions help guests open new ways of knowing themselves.
