A practical nature talk and hike with naturalist and scientist Andrejus Gaidamavičius, also known as Labanoro Vilkas. On a four-kilometre route along the Peršokšna River and through the forest, we will learn to recognize bird voices, plants and natural signs, visit several natural monument trees and enjoy the wild landscape.

About the teachers

Žymantas is the host of Labas Noras, a Sri Sri Yoga teacher, small farmer, natural builder and guide for hikes in Labanoras Forest. He sings Lithuanian chants and Sanskrit mantras.

Ayurvedic doctor Syamprasad C. is an Ayurvedic Vaidya, a Sanskrit term for physician, who studied Ayurveda at Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in India. His areas include Nadi Pariksha pulse diagnosis, Panchakarma therapy, Sri Sri Marma and surgery.

For this retreat we invite everyone to stay as close to nature as possible, in their own tents.
